How do I get started?

- If you are unable to fill out the digital form, you can contact our Intake Coordinator at XXXXX.
- Please watch the orientation video to get an understanding of our program, and how we might be able to assist you.
- Once you have filled out the interest form, our Intake Coordinator will be in touch with you about next steps.

When should I expect to hear from you?
Please allow us two business days to contact you about your enrollment.
How long does enrollment take?
Depending on necessary paperwork, assessments, and verifications, it could take 1-2 weeks to determine eligibility. If you have questions about where your application stands, please contact the Intake Coordinator at XXXXX.
How do I get approved to pay for training?
As our interest form stated, this is a federally funded program. Additionally, training funds are not always available, so your responses to our questions will help determine if training funds are available for you to use. Your Career Coach can answer specific questions you have about training.
I submitted the Interest Form, what do I do now?
Now that you have completed the first step, make sure you watch our orientation video here. Our Intake Coordinator will review your interest form, and will contact you via email, call, or text to discuss your application and to review next step with you.
What can make me not eligible for the program?
Almost everyone is eligible for basic services, but individualized services are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis with the Intake Coordinator and your Career Coach. Some of the criteria that our team evalutes include: age, veteran status, school enrollment, barriers to employment, citizenship, basic skills deficiency, disability, and more.
I have already been accepted in to a training program, when should I contact you for assistance?
Please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to your training, in order to have enough time to complete your enrollment. 3-4 weeks is preferred. Our funding can not reimburse you for for tuition that has already been paid by you or any other organization on your behalf.
I am not good with computers, and can't figure out how to watch the orientation video, or fill out the form. What should I do?
We can assist you with both your interest form and with orientation. If you need additional assistance, please contact the Intake Coordinator at XXXXX
