Rapid Response
Virginia Career Works Blue Ridge Career Centers provide Rapid Response services to employers in the region in a confidential manner and at no cost. These services assist both the employer and employees affected by layoffs or plant closures and they provide access to user-friendly resources and information to help transition affected workers into reemployment.

Education & Retention Services
Federal Contractors - Section 403 Compliance
Federal contracts and subcontractors are required to have 7% of their workforce be qualified individuals with disabilities and specific actions must be taken in the areas of recruitment, training, record keeping, and policy.
