About Star City Works

The Greater Roanoke Workforce Development Board launched the Star City Works program in July 2022. The program, funded through Roanoke City ARPA funds, aims to work with Roanoke City businesses and residents to secure meaningful, stable employment, and to negate the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
